At Zalleta, we want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free — right through to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you. By placing an order on zalleta.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or surprise costs.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed, including processing and transit. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or remote delivery locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery. You can also track your order at any time using the Track Your Order page on our Site.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to the carrier or to us, we will reach out to arrange a new delivery. Additional charges may apply if repeated delivery attempts are required due to circumstances within the customer’s control.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

9. Returns
